Star Search is Back!

One of the original “reality” shows is back. Star Search, the popular singing, dancing, and comedy show where contestants competed for judges votes to win 100,000 dollars. The original version of the show ran from 1983 to 1995, hosted by Ed McMahon. It tried to make a brief comeback in 2003, but this latest iteration, produced by Netflix and hosted by Anthony Anderson. and judges Jelly Roll, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Chrissy Teigen. HBO Max Drops Documentary “The Shuffle”

The HBO Original documentary short THE SHUFFLE, directed by Jeff Cameron (HBO’s “Hard Knocks”), debuted November 25th on HBO and HBO Max Streaming Platform. The documentary is the first in a new series of short football films, made in partnership with NFL Films that chronicles the making of the 1985 Chicago Bears’ iconic rap music video that became a cultural phenomenon enroute to the team’s storied Super Bowl XX championship.
