The 1980’s and 1990’s were (in Ken and Chad’s humble opinions) the best era to grow up in, and the video game industry hit some major highs and lows during this stretch of time. The guys dive into the poorly planned and designed, or just plain forgotten consoles of the past. Thanks to this thing called the Internet, Ken and Chad are taking you (and themselves) to school. Will they match their picks? There’s a chance here that they discuss a total of ten lost and forgotten home video game consoles. What were so special about these systems initially? Was the hype for each one warranted? (Obviously not!) Why did these systems fail? Video Game Console class is in session, and in Episode 49, the guys do some hardcore digging into these “not so great” 8, 16, 32, and 64-bit Gaming Consoles!
