Hello everyone! In the Recurrent Events segment for Episode 33 of The Retro Resurgence Podcast, I (Ken) talk about some notable video/arcade games that are having milestone anniversaries in 2026! It’s hard to believe that some of these games that I’m going to list are going to be many decades old already. Some of these we played from our consoles at home (NES,Sega,N64, etc.). And some we experienced in the arcades! What a great time it was, to be dropped off at the mall, unsupervised, and have the freedom to play your favorite games! The ambiance and the sights and sounds will never be forgotten. So here’s a few games I found that are having major anniversaries in the year 2026!
